And I will stretch out My hand and smite Egypt with all My wonders which I will do in the midst thereof; and after that he will let you go. (Exodus 3:20, KJV)
The hand is a very vital part of our body and it is with it we do most of our daily chores. Without the hand, it will be almost impossible to do most things.
Wonder means to be filled with amazement.
If our mortal hands can be so vital and important, how much more is the hand of a GREAT and MIGHTY GOD; the Maker of heaven and earth?
Just one finger of God alone is so powerful to destroy “every generational problems from a man’s life, no matter how many generations the problems have stayed. That is why in Exodus 8:19 the magicians saw it and cried out “This is the finger of God.”
In Exodus 31:18 God wrote the 10 Commandments on a rock with His finger and in Luke 11:20 Jesus made reference to the finger of God;
“But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, doubt not the Kingdom of God is come upon you.”
If the finger of God is so powerful, then your enemies are in trouble today!
If God with just a finger can do great signs and wonders yet He is saying to you today that He will stretch out My “HAND” to smite every Egytian in your life then indeed your set time has come.
The finger of God is for the people of God; those who want to serve Him; Exodus 8:1. So it is better not to let God fight your battle than to let Him do so only for you to go back to your vomit. That is why Jesus in John 5 told the man whom He healed of his infirmity to go and sin no more.
I pray, in the Name that is above every other names, may every enemy contending against you see the hand of God, in Jesus Mighty name!
