“Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.” (Job 13:15, KJV)
In his book “WHEN GOD DOESN’T MAKE SENSE”, Dr James C. Dobson told the stories of some people’s experiences that if we had to go with the natural mind, it may indeed be reasonable to question why God let some things happen if He truly cares.
Sometimes life’s challenges may cause us to go as far as asking ourselves if indeed there is a God somewhere, not giving a thought to the fact that He has done mighty things for us in time past. But like Dr Dobson said, God makes sense even when it doesn’t make sense.
There is the story of a man whose son came into Nigeria from the United Kingdom, while on his way home had an accident, fractured his bone and was rushed to a hospital.
During testimony time on Sunday his father not going into details said he wanted to bless the Lord that his son fractured a leg.
The Pastor who couldn’t understand the reason for such a testimony had to ask for clarity after service and the man explained how some hired assassins had called at their house to kill the boy and then he realized that God used the accident as a diversion to save his life.
Beloved, I feel led to tell you that if you can trust God enough to let go and let Him handle it for you, He will see you through it all.
God has never failed and He will not start failing you.
Remember, trials and challenges are only litmus tests for our claim of faith.
Beloved, even in those times when He seems quiet, trust Him still because at the end of the day His silence will always make perfect sense.
I pray for you, in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, that which doesn’t make sense to you right now will eventually turn to you for a testimony.
It is a NEW DAWN for you, in Jesus Precious Name!
