And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28, KJV)
The Word of God is tested and tried, and answers to all of life’s questions. There is no situation in man’s history, both past, present and future that is not clearly addressed in God’s Word, including the troubles of life.
Troubles are essential for every man in his earthly walk, so whoever says he has no trouble only deceives himself.
Some troubles are good ones because they make us realise our true worth.
Our dear brother, Job, had his own share of life’s trouble and has this to say;
“Man that is born of a woman is… full of trouble. Job 14:1
This was a man who had everything he could ever wish for, but when his own time of trouble came, he paid his price.
How about Joseph? In Genesis 37, the young man had a very clear vision of his glorious future and went about sharing it in delight, not knowing his time of trouble was around the corner.
It is true that trouble times are difficult times, but if you are born again, trouble times will shape you into being what God wants you to be. How do I know? Read Romans 5:3-5.
The devil will surely attack us, but as children of God, whatever the devil and his cohort mean for evil will always work out for our God as stated in our reading above.
So no matter what troubles or challenges the devil brings your way, just hold on because it will work out for your good and at the end, the name of the Lord will be glorified. And be sure of one thing, that things MUST SURELY BETTER FOR YOU.
Rejoice because whatever troubles or challenges you are facing now will surely usher you into your glorious Promised Land if you do not faint.
It is well with you!
