THE RENEWED MIND!

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. (Proverbs 4:23, KJV)

In 2012, I was having a chat with someone I had not seen in about 11years at that time, and he said “you don leave your poor bro behind”. I replied him saying you are not poor but he insisted and even emphasized it; “I poor bad bad o.” Then it struck me that this fellow now sees himself as hopeless just because of his temporary setback.

Life do not always give us what we prepare for, as a matter of fact, we get the exact opposite sometimes and we begin to wonder if we were doing the right thing in the first place, however, whether we stay afloat while working to change those trying situations is totally up to us.

The heart is a very powerful tool and what you think inside has the capacity to replicate or manifest in the physical, that is why we were charged to guard it and to guard means to shield or to protect.

We are meant to shield our hearts from negative, demeaning, lack and losers mentality, because once such negative thoughts finds its root inside us, we begin to unconsciously act on them.

I personally believe that success and failure in life are end products of what we had conceived deep inside of us. That is why we must learn to carry ourselves like winners even if we are still battling.

There is nothing wrong in believing and acting like a winner even though it has not manifested, but we must engage ourselves productively while we wait, nonetheless.

A lot of people profess only with their mouths, yet deep within them, they don’t see anything good about themselves at all!

Some have built very big concrete walls in their hearts thereby limiting themselves to absolutely nothing.

Proverbs 23:7 says:

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…

And Jesus said in Matthew 15:19:

For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

We are defined by our thoughts!

Truth be told, we are in no way different from our thoughts; we eat, sleep, act and do just what we are inside. That is why Romans 12:1 encourages us to renew our minds.

It is also from the inside that our words emanate; our words are thoughts that are fully processed that is why we get what we say, so beyond our thoughts, we must also be mindful of our words.

What you say to yourself is what you get. As a matter of fact, we talk more with ourselves than we do with anyone else.

I charge you to reorient your heart from today. Begin to see; endless possibilities even though it has not manifested.

The man with a renewed mind does not think lack, instead, he knows that the period when there is nothing is the season to restrategize; he never thinks less of himself, instead he holds his head up high and celebrate the season of incubation.

A man with a renewed mind encourages others never to give up even when he himself is battling to stay afloat!

The man with a renewed mind is ever optimistic even in the face of discouragement!

You may be riding a bike today; see beyond it, that is not the end!

You could have been called a failure, it is only their opinion; refire and go beyond their expectations!

God has given us all that pertains to life and godliness and what we do with it is absolutely up to us!

I pray for you, you will not fail God! You will rise above that level! You will go places… Places far beyond your expectations!

Men will rally round to favour you!

Because of the grace of God on your life, your name will begin to open doors for others to benefit!

You will not be drowned by the sea of life!

You will soar high in life!

All of these I declare upon your life, in Jesus Precious Name!

The sky is your stepping stone!

You are blessed!!!

Prayer Point: Father, in the Name of Jesus, every lie that I believed that has created a limitation in my heart, let them be broken in Jesus name!
