Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase. (Job 8:7, KJV)
I once heard a wonderful man of God, Pastor E. A. Adeboye say; don’t go up, grow up.
The truth about everything is life is that there is time for everything; Ecclesiastes 3. Even in Agriculture, we sow before we reap and first the seeds die, decay before they birth new ones. So is life. Challenges abound not just to make us grow stronger, but to also make us better. The word of God in Haggai 2:9 reconfirms that fact to us;
The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, ‘ saith the LORD of hosts. `And in this place will I give peace, ‘ saith the LORD of hosts.
I don’t know where you are presently. Perhaps you have toiled all night like Peter and have caught nothing and feels like giving up hope, why not take another bold step of faith like him and say; but at thy word “oh Lord” I will hold on still and then continue pressing forward.
Dear friend, where you are today may seem insignificant, but I assure you beyond any doubt that your tomorrow shall greatly increase.
Do not fret, do not doubt. Hold on and press on, and at the end, the glory of your latter house will indeed be greater than your former!
I celebrate you in advance.
It is well with you.
Good morning.
