REST & SAFETY

“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.” (Psalm 23:1-2, KJV)

A shepherd is one who both leads and guides his flock. He also ensures that they dwell in safety.

Green pastures on the other hand represents the place of rest and safety in the most unlikely places.

In other words, the Lord being our shepherd simply means that the Lord will lead us, guide us, give us rest and guarantee our safety in most unlikely and unusual places.

The economies of nations may not be what they use to be and things may be getting tougher than usual but if we allow the Lord take the reigns of leadership in our lives, then we can be rest assured that He will cause waters to flow in our desert and give us rest on all sides.

Beloved, I pray for you, in the month of June, 2023, and beyond, you will enjoy “DIVINE REST AND SAFETY.

So with Jesus joy in my heart, I welcome you to June, 2023, your month of “REST and SAFETY!”
