Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria, which are named chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel came! (Amos 6:1, KJV)
Dear friends and brethren, Nigeria is our Zion and it would be amazing to think Nigeria is at peace, or to say the problems of the North-East is their problem alone. Besides, how is it their problem alone when we are one nation? And maybe you need to know that they are gradually moving from the North-Eastern states into neighbouring states.
The rate at which the dare devils are going, if we don’t rise up fast they could do more deadly. Just imagine the killing of innocent children for no just cause.
Today is not a day for shouting Amen, it is time to cry out to God for His intervention.
Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria… it is a curse to see what is happening in the nation today and still be at ease, saying all is well, and worse off is to think the government has control over the situation. Perhaps you do not know that the community where the chief of defense staff of the nation hails have been attacked as well.
Deuteronomy 2:24 says
“Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.”
God has given us Nigeria as a nation and it’s time to fight on our knees, not analyse the ills of the nation.
Psalms 8:2 says: “Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.”
God has given us power to still the activities of Boko Haram and their sponsors. So please spare at least 5minutes to cry out to God and He will hear us today, in Jesus Precious Name!
It is well with NIGERIA!
