HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU!

Can a woman forget her suckling child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. (Isaiah 49:15, KJV)

Some things that happen in life sometimes can be very shocking! Just yesterday I read with shock, how a 14years old girl in one of the Northern State killed her own husband just because he did not give her money to feed for 2 days. We have seen and heard, even in our local environment, how some women after carrying their pregnancies for nine months, go through the pain of labour and eventually abandons the child in refuse dumps. How pathetic! Both instances above are real life occurrence but today God is saying to you: “I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEE, NOR FORSAKE THEE.” No matter what difficulty you’re facing today, or whoever has forsaken or abandoned you, God has given you the assurance that He will NEVER leave you. Some parents have rejected their offsprings due to one challenge or the other, but God stays faithful. There is the story of a young man who was not doing well in school, that his parents looked at him one day and said: “You can NEVER amount to anything good in life!”

Fast forward. A few years later, this same man had become very successful in business and built a house for his parents who never expected he would amount to anything good.

They could not hold back their tears when the young man handed over the keys of the house to them. Has anyone rejected, forsaken or said you can never amount to anything due to a challenge?

God will turn it to testimonies for you, in Jesus Name! Dear friend, irrespective of the trails and turmoil of today, always remember His Word in Psalm 30:5: … weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Perhaps, there are still certain doubts in your heart as to what the future holds, I would rather you hold on to the One who holds the future. Hear what He says in Psalm 27:10: “When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.” So wear a very broad smile on your face, for God is with you and He can neither leave you nor forsake you. Also always remember; the darker the night, the brighter the stars! As God lives, you will break forth on all sides, and things must get better for you, in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
