But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. (1 Corinthians 2:14, KJV)
Carnality is a major disqualifier of man from gaining access into Kingdom mysteries. It blindfolds it’s victims by creeping into their hearts using the usual phrase “it does not matter” or “this one time will not kill you” and gradually, it distorts and subsequently blinds their spiritual sight and before you know, spiritual things would become an offence to them. But righteousness on the other hand grants us access to the spiritual and opens up our hearts to discover God’s plans and purpose for us. But spirituality like every other profitable venture in life comes with a price that is why the bible speaking in 1 Timothy 4:7 says: “…exercise thyself rather unto godliness.”
And we all know that exercise goes with certain level of strain.
It is also important to know that our destinies or progress in life is not tired to any man, but God. As such, no man can tell you or define your level of achievement in life. And those who does, will certainly control your life because it becomes their right to dictate to you. There is a popular adage that says: he who pays the piper dictates the tone. So if a man lifts you up, he can determine when to break you when you no longer dance to his tone, but if the Almighty God, Creator of the heaven and earth, the Uncreated Creator and the Everlasting Father lifts you up, then You can NEVER crash. But the only way to be lifted by God is to have a connection with Him through Jesus. Please read Job 22:21-25.
Why not build that connection with Him today?
