DEALING WITH CHALLENGES?

For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. (Isaiah 41:13, KJV)
There is an adage that says if everything comes in handy without a challenge then check yourself because all is not well.
There is no man born of a woman who have not had any challenge or doesn’t go through them at one point or the other. Even Jesus Christ started having challenges right from His infancy: Matthew 2:13
In the journey of life we are bound to face challenges at one point or the other. As a matter of fact the Word of God admonishes us that challenges will certainly come:
“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” – Isaiah 43:2
Challenges must come but the unique thing about challenges, however, is that they do not last if you have God on your side:
“…weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” – Psalms 30:5
If you look at Isaiah 43:2, the passage says “When you pass through” Which means they will come, but will pass.
The passage did not say challenges will not come, or that God will stop them from coming, but that He will help us through them because He knows if we go through them we will come out being better than we were.
To give us further assurance of how much God loves us and how willing He is to deliver us from trials and challenges, Hebrews 13:5 says
“…for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”
Perhaps you’re going through a challenge right now and you’re asking “why me?” I think the right question should be “why not me?”
The devil does not chase after those he already has in captivity, he goes after those he knows have glorious destinies, but what he does not know is that everything he means for evil against you is what God will use to announce you!
Jesus was faced with several challenges; one of which was to die on the cross, so He cried out to God in Matthew 26:39:
“And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.”
The Bible went further to tell us in Philippians 2:9 that because He endured the challenge, God gave Him a Name that is above every other names:
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name”
Are you dealing with challenges today?
YOU NEED GOD TO HELP YOU GET OUT OF IT!
So if you are not born again, it is time to accept Jesus. Repent of your sins, accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour then ask Him to help you.
In the Name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, that which the devil meant for reproach will end up a good report for you. So rejoice in the Lord for it can only get better for you!
It is well with you!
