The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil. (Proverbs 16:4, KJV)
We were taught back in Secondary School that mosquitoes have economic relevance, and if a thing as dreadful as a mosquitoes have relevance, then there is no doubt that every human being on the face of the earth have different purposes to accomplish.
Yes, some may have wandered away from their divine purposes, probably because they have not been able to discover it or due to life’s challenges, but they still have purposes nonetheless.
Jesus, in reference to the prophecy spoken about Him in Isaiah 61:1-2 said in Luke 4:21
… This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
And in the face of death, He still asserted in John 18:37:
… To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world…
Boldly declaring the purpose for which He came.
I have heard men and women who are graduates, say they do not even know why they were created.
I’m talking about people who graduated with good grades and degrees from University. But even in the face of that, God has not written anyone off or denied them of their purposes in life. Instead He assures us in Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Everyone was ordained to fulfill one purpose or the other. Some may discover theirs very early, while others in their old age.
I have read the stories of men and women who by human standards could be considered failures, but at the end of the day, they left with mind blowing generational impacts. And an example of such testimonies is Abraham.
When God told him in Genesis 18:10 that Sarah would have a son, she laughed because going by human nature and calculation it would NEVER have happened, but today, we all claim to be children of Abraham because of the trans generational blessings that he carried.
I have also read the biography of great men and women in our contemporary time. People in their late 60’s and 70’s, who in their early years could be called failures, but in their old age became global sensations.
Dear friend, I don’t know where you are today or what questions you have asked. Maybe you are yet to discover why you are here or what God is saying to you. Beloved, no time is too late to fulfill your purpose if you are walking in the will of God.
Even if you forget everything I have said, always remember that if a thing as common as mosquitoes have economic relevance, then be sure that you are a global testimony waiting to happen!
As you continue to walk in line with God’s Word, be sure that you will break forth and the world will celebrate you to the glory of God, in Jesus Name.
