“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalms 46:10, KJV)
My wife and I have been going out to install banners and distribute handbills ahead of this year’s Crusade/Outreach Program and so far we have not had any issue until today when a lady came out of nowhere and insisted that we couldn’t install our banner at a strategic point where we had targeted.
Even though someone had installed theirs around there, she vehemently refused all appeal to allow us place ours there, so we decided to cross over into a small bush there to install it when all of a sudden a group of “AREA BOYS” came out of nowhere and insisted that we must place our banner where the woman had refused and the same woman who had refused a minute ago said we should ahead and install it.
This made me realize that God can send help from the most unlikely places.
Not only did they help us, they were all glad to accept our invitation for the Crusade.
“But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.” (Genesis 50:20, KJV)
Some times when things are not going the way we plan them and they seem to be pressing hard on us, we need to remember that God has a better plan and BE STILL!
I believe God allowed that woman act the way she did so that we could have the opportunity to minister to the young men.
They may not be living their best lives yet but with a little touch of the Word here and there I believe they would change their lifestyle.
Child of God, what is that situation that has presented itself as an obstacle to that which you are trusting God for? BE STILL because they will turn to you for stepping stones, in Jesus Name!
Per adventure they are not God ordained obstacles but the enemy trying to be smart, I pray for you, may they catch fire today, in Jesus Name!
BE STILL, HELP IS COMING YOUR WAY!
PRAYER POINT:
Father, whatever is standing as an obstacle for the glorious plans you have for me, let them be consumed by Your fire today, in Jesus Precious Name!
